One-year lease available for a spacious room in a two-bed apartment in Fort Greene. The room is 10' x 16' (big enough to comfortably fit a queen size bed, desk, and dressers with space to spare). The room also has a walk-in closet (!).

The apartment, which has a massive living space along with a dining nook, gets a ton of light. The neighborhood is truly a dream, and we're close to just about every single train: B, D, N, Q, R, 2, 3, 4, 5, C, G.

Whole Foods, Trader Joes, BAM, Fort Greene Park, Cafe Habana, Tacombi, and other cafes and restaurants are all nearby.

This apartment is definitely a chill space. Looking for a considerate and neat roommate who is respectful of boundaries, cleans up after themselves, and is down for the occasional cooking or dinner hang -- you know, where we do our own thing but can chat about our lives and enjoy the same space peacefully.

You'll be living with me, a 30-year-old journalist. I am considerate, clean, and fairly quiet. I enjoy a good documentary, noodles in all forms, and going to museums in my time off. .

Rent does not include utilities, which come out to about $50 - 75 / month. Our very laid-back and friendly landlord lives downstairs and may run a background /credit score check.
