September 1st $1200 1bd in 2bd Williamsburg apt- the bedroom available is huge! Studio sized- 17'?12' with high ceilings and additional closet, great privacy. Williamsburg between Marcy/Hewes JMZ, 10m from G or L trains- nice walk to Bedford or right across the Williamsburg bridge!

There is a grocery store, Hewes JM, dollar store, bodega, liquor store, great mexican, hardware store and laundromat on the block. Everything you need right outside.

Shared living room/kitchen/bathroom between rooms but most all of the furniture is going, as it's my roommate's and she's moving in w/her partner. I just have art and books in the common space presently. If you would like to furnish the living room or other common spaces that would be great. Otherwise we can figure it out together. I have some furniture in storage. Also I have rarely used the common area all year besides the kitchen/bathroom as I have a big room set up too.

Current roommate uses her room as a live/work studio- sorry for the mess in pics of the room but she's in the midst of organizing and packing.
