2 Mostly Normal People Looking For A Third

My roommate and I are looking for a third to move into our 3bed/2bath apartment in the Edgewater/Rogers Park area after August 17th. Lease is month-to-month, but ideally we would like to find someone who plans to stay with us through the winter!

Key mentionables about the apartment: in-unit laundry, (mostly) private bathroom, dishwasher, central air/heat, painting ok, all utilities included, $200 move-in fee and $50 credit check fee, no security deposit.

Neighborhood: 5min walk to nearest grocery store, 15min walk to Loyola campus, 20min walk (5-10min bus ride) to Andersonville, 24hr convenience store downstairs, 4+bars and late night food options within a block, yet still a pretty chill quiet neighborhood. The nightlife isn't too crazy or exciting, but most importantly it's not boring or terribly obnoxious.

Transportation: 4 major bus stops right outside, including the 22 Clark, 151 Sheridan and 36 Broadway. 12-15min walk from the Granville and Loyola redline stops, or 3-5min bus ride. Free non-permit street parking is super available within a block.

Roommates: male and female in our early 30s, social, regularly have friends over, lots of late nights but not a lot of loud noise or heavy partying unless we're throwing a rager (2-3x a year). Looking to keep things chill and quiet day-to-day. I am usually gone a couple nights a week and my partner stays over 2-3x a week. Overnight guests are generally cool with us. We're respectful, non-intrusive, mostly pretty clean, he's quite tidy and I'm super not, neither of us are high maintenance. We've been friends for over 10 years and have lived in multiple apartments together so the dynamic might be more comfortable/chaotic than some would like, however our living situation is very reliable and stable. Both of us have always been on time with rent and utilities, which is the only thing I really expect or require. There's also a very sweet well behaved bulldog that lives with us. She is also pretty non-intrusive, quiet and very well trained!
