Hey guys, my name is Inrich. I am in my mid 20s, but quite mature. I've been living in Jersey City for the past 2 years+. I work in Sales and Hospitality, and heading back to complete my Master. I'm pretty quiet and easy going.
I'm very clean, love cooking, listening to music, watching my favorite shows or walking around parks and restaurants. I love working out but I haven't committed to it truly...

My ideal roommate will be someone who is organized, clean and respectful of personal space. No drama or nonsense stuffs to deal with.

My apartment is a 3-bed, living room, 1.5 baths + kitchen. Each room is of good size and easily fits a Queen bed + extra furniture. Each room has a closet already. You can either rent it empty or i have a mattress available if you want it. Rent includes all utilities (Electric, Gas, Water, Wi-fi).

The place is 15-minute walking distance from the Path station at Journal Square, taking you to Downtown Manhattan in around 10 minutes, or Midtown in just 20 minutes.
