Hi, my name's Alvee. I'm 30 years old and work full time in healthcare and I'm also in grad school so I'm pretty busy and not much of a party animal. I'm clean and quiet and mostly keep to myself, but down to chill and have a few drinks. I rarely have people over besides my girlfriend, and we usually like to go out and try one of the bars or restaurants in the area.

The available room is the master bedroom. It's a large queen sized room with 2 closets and your own private balcony. The room can come furnished if you'd like with a queen size storage bed, mattress, nightstand and a wall mounted fold out desk. AC unit is included.

The apartment is modern and recently renovated with all new modern fixtures and stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors throughout, a 2nd private balcony and washer-dryer combo in the unit. Great location 2 min walk to the M train and 6 minutes to the J. If you have a car, street parking is almost always available within a 1 block radius, if not right out front.

This is for a 1 year lease starting Aug 1. Move in cost is first month's rent and security deposit. No broker's fee. There is a $50 application fee for building management. Utilities are not included, but usually run about $100/month per person (gas, electric and internet).
