Furnished room in cozy and cheerful 2BR in Astoria! Less than 10 minutes to shopping, laundry, and a plethora of brunch spots. About a 15 minute walk to Astoria Park and the waterfront. Closest train is 30th Ave N/W station (Astoria Blvd is slightly closer, but closed for renovations), and super convenient to the M60 bus for easy commutes to Harlem, Columbia University, LaGuardia etc.

You will have one roommate (me!) - 30s Female. I?m pretty quiet living, neat but not obsessive about it, and friendly. I work a M-F 10-6 schedule. I?d prefer a roommate who doesn?t work from home full time as it is close quarters.

The building is a six unit walkup, and the apartment is on the second floor. It?s non-smoking and I have a sensitivity to smoke/smoke smells so it you can?t live without cigarettes, vape, herbal refreshments, and incense this won?t be a great fit for you. Sadly, no pets are allowed in the building. This is a short term rental because my lease is up at the end of October and I currently don?t plan to renew.
