Private Room in Spacious 2 Bedroom Westchester Apt

Hi,

I am looking for someone to take over my room as I am planning on moving out to be closer to work. Looking for someone who is clean, working professional or full-time student, and be financially independent enough to pay the rent and all utilities on time.

My move-out is tentatively scheduled for Mid August/Early September but depending on circumstances, this may change so flexibility is preferred. See below for details regarding apartment, room, and roommate. Please reach out to me if you have any questions.

The Apartment: Spacious and fully-furnished (common area) wood-laminated 2 bedroom apartment. In-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Water and gas is covered by the landlord so the only utilities required to be split are electricity and internet. Very competitive rent as the apartment is owned by a private landlord who just wants someone to take care of the place. Comparable places in the same complex, next door, or across the street are hundreds more. Unfortunately, there is only street parking available so you will have to find parking on nearby streets. I've generally not had too much issue outside of the occasional 5 minute walk but this is something to consider.

The Room: Large size carpeted private room with private bathroom (although the bathroom is located outside of the room) with full size mirrored closet and one large window. The room will come unfurnished however I am open to negotiating and selling any of my current furnishings.

The Roommate: 30 year-old female working professional. Clean, respects privacy, and easy to get along with. I have enjoyed being her roommate and would have continued to do so if I didn't find a new job and wanted to move somewhere closer. She has one medium size Goldendoodle named Nala who is very friendly. As such, someone who enjoys living with a dog is preferred.
