BUT I do not recommend unless it is a small animal and you are available enough to take care of your animal. I love animals, but I will not take on the responsibility of caring for the animal if you are too irresponsible to love and fully support your animal in the city.

Now that I've included all the good, here are the bad + the ugly
(to be transparent)
- The building Superintendant is pretty slow / bad about fixing things in a timely manner
- Management isn't super communicative (typical for most NYC buildings unfortunately)
- Walls are rather thin (I have airdropped memes to my neighbors)
- Not Much Counter/Cabinet Space in the kitchen
- Gets hot easily in the summer

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:
One or Two RESPONSIBLE young adults who are KIND, CREATIVE, and will RESPECT BOUNDARIES. Typical boundaries include cleaning up after yourself, being conscious of when other roommates may not want to socialize, and just being a genuinely kind human being.
