Room - Flex 3BR w/ gym, rooftop, lounge

Hi all, I?m looking for a roommate to fill our true bedroom in my 3 bedroom apartment. Both rooms fit a queen sized bed in them (pictured). I am flexible with move in dates but ideally sometime between July and August. 1st month rent + 1 month deposit prior to move in.

A little on myself, I grew up in London and Tokyo before coming to the States for college and ended up staying on after graduating. I work during the day at an investment fund. I?m a clean and tidy roommate who appreciates communication. Looking to fill the two rooms for the lease which ends in August 2020.

Apt building?s 20 Exchange Place in FiDi. I?ve lived in a variety of areas in Manhattan before and this building / area?s by far my favorite. The doormen are brilliant, we have concierge services, dry cleaning, a gym, a lounge with pool table, roof terrace and a postal room in the building. Laundry, though not in the unit itself, is a short walk away on the same floor. I?ve never had to wait to use the washing machines ? they?re always available. I love FiDi given the area?s quiet on the weekends / evenings but still close proximity to fun areas to go out, like Soho, Tribeca, West Village, East Village etc. FiDi itself has plenty of great bars / restaurants and I?ve spent plenty of my more quiet weekends out in the area. Door to door to my office in midtown via subway is usually ~20 minutes. The apartment is already fully furnished and if you don?t have a mattress, I also have one for sale ? 3 months old, only used some weekends.
