Hi, I am looking for a subletter for a huge bedroom in upper east side for July and August. The apartment has a full kitchen and also has a common area. The area near the apartment is very lively with tons of cool bars and restaurants and laundry is right on the block.
Some information about me, I am a 26 year old female and have been living in the city for 3 years. I have a 1.5 year old cat named Mocha who is super sweet, but if you would prefer no cat I could have her live with my parents for two months. I?m a non smoker and not messy.
