Looking for someone to take over my room in July! Description from my roommates below:

My roommate Carly and I are looking for a third person to live with us in our super cute Greenpoint apartment!

I'm Nicole, a mid 20's architect working at a firm in midtown - into all things creative, cooking, plants, and riding bikes anywhere I can get.
Carly is an early 30s designer, arts and music lover, runner and traveler.
We are both very low key, respectful of our home space, and are looking for someone along the same lines.

You?d be taking over the room on the northern side of the apartment - see floor plan in pics for reference - and sharing the highlighted bathroom with me (Nicole)
Dark blue is the room + closet, lt blue are shared spaces. We have 2 hall closets so there?s plenty of storage space outside the room itself!
Room will be unfurnished, but can EASILY fit a queen/maybe king bed, and plenty of furniture.

Rent is $1150, utilities are never more than $50/month - heat is included
You'll be signing a new lease - not a sublet - that runs till may of next year. We?re looking for longer-term roommates only, for a July 15th or August 1st move in.
