Access to: In-Unit Laundry, Wi-Fi, Kitchen for lite cooking, but you must clean after yourself. Utilities included. Off-street Parking. Community Pool well maintained by HOA. Shared bathroom with one roommate.. We provide all cleaning supplies.

We enjoy a peaceful, harmonious, and respectful co-existence, and appreciate positive communication that includes respecting each other's privacy. We do have an adult cat, so other pets are not allowed, sorry.

What we are looking for:
A gainfully employed professional with normal work hours, responsible, and able to pay the rent on time. Clean. Respectful and compatible with the ambient described above.

Offering a minimum 6-month lease that can be renewed after that to a month-to-month lease if desired. Security deposit of $800 is refundable.
