Edgewater is a great neighborhood for any person in Chicago. Gorgeous tree lined street. It's a short walk to the CTA Red Line, Shopping, Beautiful Beaches and Bike Path. This apartment is big, clean and comfortable. One shared bathroom with shower/tub. Good neighbors. It's a 3BR apartment and am only seeking 1 Roommate.

Furnished Bedroom Space (and limited storage) available. The room you rent can be furnished or not.

Apartment is super-close to athletic clubs, neighborhood coffee shops, cafes, bars, great restaurants, Whole Foods, ethnic markets, CTA Red Line, CTA bus lines. Easy to get to I-94 and I-90 and Lake Shore Drive / Sheridan Road. Nearby Target stores. It's conveniently between Andersonville and Rogers Park. Lots of Loyola students.

I am a self -employed professional involved with creativity / advertising / marketing /consulting. My kids are at University outside of Chicago. Looking for responsible, credit worthy, clean, responsible and trustworthy person to live in the apartment as a roommate. Would take pet under consideration. I like dogs. Social activity as roommate with guests is acceptable but has to be respectful of me and neighbors.
