We are two males (one straight, one gay) looking to fill the soon to be vacant third room in our house. The room is quite large (12x13) and has a spacious closet built into the room.
We are looking for someone who is responsible, clean, mature, clean, and respectful of the house. We keep the place clean and quiet and do not throw parties or have over night guests (occasional family member is ok).
The house is in a great location equidistant from both the train station and Astoria park (about 5-7 minute walk). We have a little front yard as well as a side patio where we bbq, read, or relax.
