Help make my new 2 bed/2 bath place a home!

The apartment: Just secured a 2 bath/2 bed room place (roughly 800 square feet - street parking ONLY - laundry in building) in downtown LB (Eastside Art Village) to move in Saturday July 12th 2019. The place is ENTIRELY redone (new tile/linoleum flooring, granite counter tops, huge new windows for lots of sunshine, a ceiling fan and a huge closet with mirror sliding doors in your bedroom.) The unit is on the 3rd floor and the building is secure. I furnished the living room and bough most stuff for the kitchen ( I moved in July 1st) but we will still need some things in the apt so please help me make this a home for us! :) I have tons of wall decorations to make this place feel more homey for us.

What I'm looking for: A responsible, **VERY** clean, conscientious woman or gay man, btween the ages of 28 and 38 to help me make the place our home. Please note: I'm not looking for 2 roommates aka if you have a guest regularly staying more than 2/3 nights a week with us, they will need to throw some rent money in. lol (but for real!). I'm looking for someone I can vibe with as it would be cool to have a roommate I don't mind hanging with, so tell me about yourself! No pets, children, or couples please.

About me: 32 years old, active, hetero, progressive/liberal minded, professional working in downtown Long Beach (Mon - Fri; 8pm to 5pm), early riser (4am) and early to bed (8pm) during the work week because I go to the gym before work; up by 6am on the weekends. I'm from Milwaukee Wisconsin and have been living in SoCal for the last 9 years. I have a graduate degree from UCLA and work in educational research. I'm goofy, social, responsible, very clean. I rarely have guests other than occasionally the person I'm dating (maybe twice a week) and perhaps a few friends once a month or so for movie night. About three times a year I will have a relative or close friend visit for about a week. Since we are grown, I like to live a grown place and keep it clean, clutter free, and cozy.
