I have 1 bedroom looking for a nice roommate in a spacious 3 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment on the 4th floor of a very clean building. AVAILABLE SEPTEMBER 15TH (can be a bit earlier too). The room comes with an air conditioner and a closet..

Big Plus: Massive bedroom that can easily fit a king size bed, wardrobe, desk and a sofa!

Recently renovated, has an elevator
2 min. walk from Columbia medical center-NYP.
2 blocks away from from the express A train and the 1 train.
Quiet apartment in safe neighborhood.

Laundry inside the building.

Very helpful Super that lives in the building.

Utilities included: (hot water, heat)
We share internet and electricity ( $40-50 each of us )

I am a 32 years-old female doing my PhD in Columbia Medical School. I am very friendly, neat and easy going.
