Hi!! My roommate is moving out to move in with her boyfriend, so I am looking for someone to join me on the 12 month lease (*NOT a short term sublet*)! The apartment is a doorman, full amenities (gym, pool, saunas, steam room, billiards room, library, roof deck, etc.) building with tons of great events throughout the year (mixology classes, pilates, socials, yoga classes, bootcamps, smoothie bars, coffee bars, etc.). The apartment is a spacious divided studio, looking out over the stock exchange. Washer/dryer in the unit, along with a stovetop and oven, two freezers, a huge fridge, several closets, and a master bathroom with a bathtub and a rain shower! Rent is 1800/mo, +utilities (usually around $60/mo). Rent will include a monthly cleaning person and membership to the gym in the building (and all other amenities). A little bit about me;
I'm currently a second year law student, so I'm out studying most of the time, but I love wine and movie nights, cooking, and going out with friends. I rarely study in the apartment, so you don?t have to worry about noise level! When I go out, I don't bring the party home and I'm very organized!! I?m low key and very LGBT friendly! Looking for a likeminded roommate :)
