$866 Roommate Wanted-Astoria

Looking for female roommate to take over unfurnished room of our three-bedroom apt in Astoria starting June 15th. You?d be living with one girl and one guy, both in their late twenties/early thirties and we?d prefer someone in the same age range.

We both work opposite schedules, one Monday thru Friday 7-3 and the other mostly nights/and in grad school. We tend to be busy throughout the week, sometimes not seeing each other for a few days at a time, but are always courteous and respectful to one another, and love catching up with each other from time to time. During the week it?s pretty quiet, and on the weekends we?re all in and out. We?ve built a nice, cozy place over the years that we love coming home to and are sad to see our third roommate go. Landlord lives next door and is always reliable when needed.

Rent is $866 (includes heat + hot water) that?s due on the 1st of every month. Coned is split three ways, roughly $30-40/month per person depending on time of year. We pitch in every couple of months for basic apt necessities (toilet paper/paper towels/etc.). We also split cable evenly, which you can opt in or out of.

We are conveniently located to both the N/W and R lines. Close to many coffee shops, restaurants, and overall a great neighborhood! We've both lived here for 4 years and love it. Looking for someone for a June 15th move-in date. Rent will be prorated of course. You?ll need the prorated rent (433) + security deposit (866) to move in.
