Looking to fill beautiful room in prime UWS!

Hi!

My name is Caleigh and I am a 26 year old fashion designer from Massachusetts looking for a fabulous roommate!

I am looking to fill a room in a 2 bedroom apartment for a 6/1 move in. (If you can't move 6/1, it's okay-but you would still be required to pay rent for that full month). I currently have a deposit down on a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in the UWS that's $2,895/month ($1,447.50 a person before utilities).

The apartment has queen size bedrooms and both rooms have closets. The unit is gorgeous-freshly renovated with stainless steal appliances and lots of natural light. It's tucked away on a quiet street right off of Broadway on W 102nd St, steps from the 1 train and minutes to the 2/3 express trains. Tons of cute bars and restaurants just feet from the apartment. Big plus-it's on the first floor so no big walk-up. Wash & Fold and Duane Reade on the corner, Westside Market and a Whole Foods less than 10 minute walk from the apartment. Trader Joes is a 15 minute walk! And PS-9 minute walk to Sephora (heaven).
*I own all of the furniture and kitchen appliances for the living space so all you would be required to bring is bedroom furniture!

Little bit about me and the space I like to live in:
-I work full time Monday-Friday so when I come home, I just want to unwind with a glass of wine and get a good night's sleep
-On weekends I either travel, spend the day exploring or spend the weekend in the apartment-cleaning, cooking, researching/designing or just watching Netflix.
-I enjoy cooking and do need decent counter space and storage. I also have a TON of kitchen appliances since I do cook, which is one of the big reasons why I'd like to move into a new unit verses an existing one.
-I'm generally pretty quiet and keep to myself, but I'm happy to socialize should we vibe well
-I'm very clean and organized and need to live in a clean and well maintained space
-I don't pay and am not willing to pay any additional fees outside of the necessary wifi + electric/gas. This includes cable, cleaning services, etc.
-I am single AF and absolutely LOVE dogs. So if you want to look up pics of yorkies and bitch about men over a bottle of tequila-I'm game.

Overall, I'm just a cool, sarcastic down to earth girl with a passion for fashion and relaxation. Hoping to hear from my future roomie soon!!
