Room for rent in luxury 2 bed apartment. You will have your own bathroom (it?s next to the bedroom but secluded so you have privacy). Pets welcome. Modern amenities, easy assigned parking and tons of guest parking. Unit overlooks the Pierce College farm. Unit includes central heating and air, washer, dryer, dishwasher, plenty of closet space. Room has a walk in closet. Large bathroom. Building maintenance is highly responsive and fast to fix anything you like. Large balcony. Night owls preferred but not a deal breaker. Large kitchen with (gasp!) tons of countertop space with mixer appliances and hardwood floors. I?m rarely home, I produce records so I?m at my studio all day and usually well into the evening. Located 1 mile from the 101 freeway. No traffic, this area is great and safe. I?ve lived here for 6 years and absolutely love it. The clubhouse is awesome and has Starbucks coffee daily for residents. There are utility fees such as DWP, high speed Internet (your share is $20/mo) and building fees which are around $90/mo split between us (gas/water/sewer/waste etc). Pets are welcome, especially cats but small dogs as well. This building is very pet friendly and even has a dog park! The pool is awesome, well maintained with canbanas, bbq?s, jacuzzi with fireplace. The gym is fantastic and clean as well. Parking is gated and there always tons of guest parking (I?ve never had a problem with parking for guests ever) and you will have your own assigned parking space. This is a pretty new building so amenities are modern and energy efficient which means a relatively low power bill. There?s tons around here to eat and we?re located 2 blocks from The Village and Westfield Topanga Mall. This unit is unique as it does not share any walls with any neighbors because it?s a corner unit.
