Hard wood floors and bright natural light throughout. Common room with 75in TV with surround sound, couch, gas fireplace, wet bar, 1/2 bath, and sliding glass/screen doors to a large balcony with BBQ, patio furniture and plants. Shared kitchen with brand new refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and granite countertops. Common bar room off kitchen with tall dining table, large TV, ceiling fan and beautiful custom made bar. Bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and storage closet on the 3rd floor. Spare room for rent has a large walk-in closet, newly painted and upgraded bathroom with full shower and window for natural light. High ceilings and large window with sun-blocking blinds. New smoke alarms with carbon monoxide detectors installed throughout the condo. There are 6 other units and everyone is cool and keeps to themselves. I never hear any of the neighbors, great sound proof walls. There is a grass area in the back of the condos available to all. Gate at street entrance doesn't lock (which I like for deliveries and guests) but it is a great theft deterrent. No parking in garage but never too much of a problem on the street, guest parking in driveway. Condo is located near Grant and Aviation, directly north of Pier Ave in Hermosa Bch. The condo is fully furnished except for spare room. There is some storage in the garage, the two closets in the condo and there is some available space in the kitchen for belongings. This is ideal for someone just looking to rent a room with limited possessions.

I have owned the condo for 4 years and I am looking for a roommate to rent the large spare bedroom. I was born and raised in the area and currently work part-time for a local Hospice and my own video production company. I love to be active outdoors including hiking, kayaking and playing games like corn hole and bocce ball on the beach etc. I like to travel and party on the weekends. I enjoy playing games (board or bar games). I often cook dinner and go between watching TV at night in my room or in the common TV room. I am pretty easy going and I am looking for a roommate that is respectful & honest, can be fun, responsible and clean. I would like to split a cleaning lady every other, or every 3 months. Otherwise I would expect us both to clean up after ourselves and share cleaning responsibilities in the shared areas. I think it would be a bonus to find someone who wanted to occasionally watch TV or shoot pool, but also respect each others privacy and share the common areas with regard to each other. friendly but absolutely no other drug use in the condo. Vape is fine but all "smoking" must be done in bedroom. I have 2 male cats who like to cuddle. An orange tabby and a fatty with long hair, so no one who is sensitive or allergic to cats. Bills will be split 50/50 with option to share streaming options. I love watching crime shows, documentaries and football and really enjoy music (reggae is my favorite).
