Cozy Bedroom in a Victorian Style apartment

I am looking for a person, who can take over my part of the lease (until February 2020).
This is a beautiful sized bedroom (130 sf), that fits comfortably a queen size bed and a dresser. Than you still have enough space to do some yoga in the bedroom if you fancy.
The room can come furnished if that is of interest, just make sure to mention it, when answering.

Rest of the apartment:
It has another bedroom, that is occupied by a female, but is also looking to move. There is a coat closet in the hall. A cute bathroom with a window and a living room (it can be converted into a bedroom)
A fully equipped kitchen and a work space area, that fits two desks. You can see FiDi and you have a view of the Bay Bridge. I love the view from my desk.
Take a few steps up towards the roof, with a spectacular view, where you can spend some time sun bathing or just reading a book. Good spot for thinking!!
