? We're considerate, tidy, responsible, and friendly; up for making a new friend, or give you total space if you prefer to keep to yourself.
? Also, we have a cat, but she mostly stays in my room (her litter box is also in my room and is cleaned daily).
? We are ending our lease on Sept 31st, so the room is available to sublease only until then. After that, you can get in touch with the landlord if you?re interested in renting out the whole apartment.
