The monthly rent of $1,000 includes estimated utilities (water, electric, and internet). Rent itself is $900/mo. Internet is $70, water is $20-22 depending on the month, and electric tends to be $50-70. So your share of utilities would typically be around an additional $80. Your total share will likely never be above $1,000, but should always be lower (depends on the electric bill). We are offering the room for short or long term availability, but preferably long term.
