I?m looking for someone to take over my lease by June 1st, as I am moving out of San Jos?. This is room in a three story house. You get the third floor to yourself - this includes the room, a closet with mirror sliding doors, a restroom, a reading nook, and a built-in desk. The first floor of the house is the living room/kitchen and the second floor are the bedrooms of your roommates. The house and neighborhood is safe/quiet and close to plenty of things such as the Great Mall, Brokaw Commons, etc. You will also have access to the neighborhood pool and gym, as well as a small park nearby. If you?re a public transportation user, you have bus stops to the 77 and 66 nearby as well. You will share the house with two female roommates who are great.
