Looking For Roommate In West La

My friend Nate and I are looking for a third roommate. We?re guys from the east coast, in entertainment, in our mid twenties.

Our house is in a prime location in West LA, by the 405 and the 10 split. 15 minutes to Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, UCLA. Easy access to LAX, 20-30 minutes, (or Im happy to get my new roommate there in 15 if he/she is in a rush).

We have a backyard with room for pets and activities. Your room is unfurnished, shares a bathroom, and comes with a closet. We have a full kitchen and furniture, TV, etc. Washer and dryer as well. 2 driveway spots, Nate and I are rarely home so usually 1 or both spots open. If not, Richland and Sepulveda always have an easy/safe spot.

Grocery stores, coffee, bank, (Or if you love ihop) are all really close. Also the metro is walking distance.

Rent is $1,200/month + Utilities. Lease is month to month. First and last month ($2400) for deposit.
