The living room, dining room and kitchen are located on the 3rd floor and the top floor holds both bedrooms and a bath. High ceilings, architectural detail, and ample closet space throughout.

A short walk takes you to the Grove Street PATH Station and into NYC.
Historic Van Vorst Park is 1/2 block away and the main library is nearby. The area is known for City Hall as well as many shops and restaurants. York Street is friendly and the neighbors are wonderful and social.

The available bedroom is sunny and quiet. It's available furnished or unfurnished. The view is of the backyard. There is a large closet.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. This block of York Street is considered one of the most beautiful streets in the city.

My background is in the arts, luxury retail and real estate. I'm involved in the community and serve on the board and volunteer for the Van Vorst Park Association. While I love to socialize I need my quiet time as well. I have a great sense of humor and am one of the easiest people on the planet to share an apartment with.
