- the bedroom already comes with a queen size bed frame and mattress, a small desk, and small bedside table (all can be removed if you want to bring in your own furniture)
- laundry room directly across from bedroom is available to use
- kitchen is available
- parking is available
- share a large house with 2 others
- quiet and safe neighborhood
- no overnight quests
- no drugs, alcohol, smoking, or parties in the house
- $725 a month with $200 deposit (utilities included except for cable)
- month to month rent
