2 Bedrooms available in new luxury condo in Koreat

I'm renting out 2 Bedrooms (females only please!) in a brand new 3BR/2 1/2 bath condo, available together or separately! The building itself is only one year old and the unit includes in-unit laundry machines, a modern kitchen, patio area, and spacious living room.

The bedroom will be $1,350 a month by May 1 with a walk-in closet and private half bathroom (shower is shared), with one month rent for security deposit.

Must be okay with pets as I do have one small dog! The location is excellent with a walking distance grocery store and restaurants as well as only a five minute drive from hollywood or Larchmont!

Students/professionals are okay, I will just need proof of your ability to pay for rent (bank statements, pay stubs) and am open to a 1 year or 6 month lease.
