Hello I'm putting my room for rent Ive been living in this area for about 8yrs. Everyone keeps to them selves and it's quite.
The house is small prefect for a minimalist the room is cozy for 1 person we will be sharing a bathroom. You'll have your own closet space and AC that reaches to the room when needed in the summer.
We are a few minutes away to shopping centers a gym that's 15 minutes walking distance. We have a park close by, Metro train and bus access.
House rules your more than welcome to have visitors during the day no overnight visits. Kitchen is accessible before 9pm I have a 7yr old that lives with me and her curfew is at 9 respecting that would be greatly appreciated btw I also have a 2yr old yorkie.
So I'm looking for an individual that keeps to them selves is quite, clean and respectful. Would be a great match with our vibes you won't ever feel disrespect
