Single, unfurnished bedroom open in a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in Pacific Heights. The apartment is on the second floor in a secure 14 unit building. The room for rent is 10' x 12', with hardwood floors and a north-facing sliding door to a large patio, private to the unit. The bedroom has a walk-in vanity and closet area that is 4' x 4' with floor length mirrors. It is connected to the second apartment bathroom.

This bright, spacious apartment is fully furnished with an open living room, dining room, and kitchen with a dishwasher. The unit has a large deck with an outdoor table and grill. There is coin operated laundry on the ground floor. This unit does not allow smoking or pets.

We are a married couple in our early 30's with full-time jobs in education and hospitality. We enjoy exploring the city, cooking, and entertaining guests. We are looking to find a roommate that is similarly independent, clean, and respectful.

The rent is $1850 a month, on a month-to-month lease, and the room is available beginning May 1st. The room is almost vacant now and we would like someone to move in by mid-November, ideally. Our previous roommate is relocating to the East Bay.. An initial payment includes the security deposit of $1850 and first month's rent. Shared PG&E bill with monthly cost of ~$50.

Street parking is available with a "G" permit. The apartment is accessed by Muni lines 1, 3, and 24. We are a short walk away from the Presidio, Alta Plaza Park, and other Pacific Heights views.
