APARTMENT:
Shared space (living room, kitchen, and balcony) is furnished with a grill, 50" TV and entertainment stand, printer, couch, and dining table. Kitchen is stocked with appliances and pots, pans, glassware, dishes, and utensils.

We cook regularly and clean as we go rather than leaving it for later. Cleanliness is important to us but we also understand the occasional dish or two in the sink when life gets busy (dishes sitting for a few days isn?t cool though). We prefer everyone jointly keeps shared spaces clean and tidy so coming home after a long day is relaxing and inviting.

ROOMMATES:
Melissa - late 20s - from Oahu, Hawaii, broadcast graphics producer in games industry. Enjoys beach, travel, gym, basketball, video games, shopping, art, desserts, red pandas.
Jim - early 30s - from Melbourne, Australia, composer in film industry. Enjoys travel, music, gym, movies, beach, cars, dogs, NBA & NFL.
Chewbacca - 8 y/o - Chewie is a medium-sized, derpy, lovable, quiet, and obedient dog adopted 8 years ago.

When home, we tend to keep to ourselves but are down to watch movies or shows and also like catching up over dinner or a guilty pleasure order in delivery. Would love a roommate who takes the time to build a friendship with us. We also enjoy going out (Malibu, Marina, or Venice beach days, movies and shopping at Century City mall, Ktown boba runs, taco missions, weekend hikes with the dog, etc.)

? Parking is on street (but fairly easy to find on adjacent streets - Jim did for a year); weekly sweeping every Thurs/Fri 10am-12pm
