Hello there! Looking for a chill new roommate to share an amazing apartment with. Available October 1st. Very charming building in a unique location. Perfect spot for someone working downtown or in the surrounding area. The room is on the smaller side but has a full closet. Spacious shared bathroom. All common areas are yours to enjoy as you please. Furnished living room, fully stocked kitchen & bar, balcony. Wifi, washer & dryer on site. Shared parking space. Also plenty of street parking! Rent is $1030. Shared utilities. Rent is month to month however it'd be great to find somebody for at least 3-6 months or longer. Security deposit of $1000. Landlord will run a credit check.

The location of this apartment is central to everything. Downtown, Sunset Blvd, Hollywood, Highland Park, Griffith Park, Elysian, etc. Freeway options are close in every direction (10,101, the 2, the 5,110!) Echo park lake is just a short walk. Vista Hermosa, Echo Park Pool & community center down the block. Bars and restaurants are everywhere. ThEEE best taco trucks in the city are so close you can smell 'em! (not literally ;) Did I mention the views are breathtaking? Just look at these photos!

You must be clean, respectful & responsible. Male or female, straight or queer is totally fine. Someone in there mid 20's to 30's with a fun attitude & great sense of humor would be ideal. Work full time with stable income. Someone doing anything in the creative field would be wonderful. Hospitality, bartending, crime fighting is cool. ANYTHING music related is a plus! (Im a big music nerd) I work in the hospitality industry. Kind of a basic day job, with dreams and aspirations on the side. haha ;) Bottom line, it'd be great if we had a few things in common and got along. However if your more the quiet type and just wanna chill and have your space & privacy thats totally fine as well. Just no awkwardness.

Btw Im a male in my thirties. I work full time morning to afternoon. M-F weekends off. I will spoil you with breakfast from time to time if your around. Theres ALWAYS good coffee! (stumptown hook up :) I have a small dog named Marla, but shes basically only here when I am, so no need to worry about her. She's really sweet. It'd be wonderful if you got along, (actually there might be somethin wrong with ya if you dont... just sayin ;) but simple hellos are fine. I enjoy having friends over every now and again but nothing crazy. As long as you can vouch for them guests are always welcome. I have a set of turntables. I usually love to have music playing. I?ve created a very lush tropical/jungle vibe of sorts. Haha, dont worry bout the plants, I take care of them. If you're free mornings/early afternoons then you will cherish the ambiance in the living room. Perfect place to gaze at the silent yet busy skyline and reset. Some light yoga perhaps? The sunsets and night views have to be witnessed :O
