Hello,

I have a spacious room available in a charming 2-bedroom apartment on a prime South Slope block!

Top floor of a 3 unit townhouse. The room has a huge closet and bay windows in the rear of the apartment. Currently unfurnished, you can easily fit a queen sized bed frame, a desk, dressers, etc. There is a small ac unit in the window and heat is included. Washer & Dryer downstairs. WiFi is recently updated and is fast. Utilities run about $90 - $110 depending on AC use. The room has been repainted white within this past year.

Prospect Park is just down the block — as are the F & G trains and a Nitehawk Cinema. There are restaurants and bars everywhere, filled with nice neighbors in a great neighborhood. There is a great little farmers market every Wednesday & Sunday, right down the block. There are options for restaurants, and coffee shops with order and pickup windows, and grab & go drinks to take to the park if you like.

It is fairly easy to be covid responsible within the apartment. Bedrooms are on opposite sides. The available room is large enough to be treated like a private studio, and it is a good space to work from home.

I work in hospitality and would certainly be a bit of a night owl. I normally prefer a roommate with a 9-5, Mon-Fri schedule, but that is unimportant these days.
