3BR 2 bath - Need 2 Roomates - Wicker Park

3BR 2 bath in Wicker Park ($833 person) looking for 2 other roommates (to clarify I live here too and occupy the 3rd bedroom) to sign on 8/1/19 for a 12 month lease.

Apartment is 6min walk (0.33mi) from the blue line (Damen Blue Line), 1 mile (about 5min) from I-90/94 and is near grocery stores (Jewel is 0.6mi away and Mariano's is 0.9mi away) numerous gyms and tons of restaurants/bars. Overall the area is great and if you would like more information on it please feel free to reach out! That's the rationale I'm wanting to stay in this apartment and find two roommates rather than filling in just one spot in someone else lease (love the area and want to stay).

Spacious apartment in Wicker Park. The ceilings are higher than usual (10ft I think?) which makes the place look even bigger than the 1,500 square feet it is. Google 2059 W. Evergreen Ave. for more pictures on Zillow. Note the attached pictures here are stock from Zillow. Right now the apartment is furnished with both my current roommates and my own stuff.

Utilities are not included in the rent. Gas, electric, internet and cable are generally under $100 a person a month. Summer months is more around $65 a month a person.

I'm an auditor and work a 9-5 job for the most part. I would call myself a typical dude who enjoys watching football and baseball. I enjoy going out exploring and trying a lot of the restaurants near by and going to bars. I do like to have people over on occasion, but I keep it reasonable. While I do drink, I'm not looking to be roommates in a frat style environment. Looking for roommates roughly the same age as myself (26). I'm not a neat freak by any means, but would like to find roommates who like to keep the common areas fairly clean.
