1BR Sublet in 3BR Apt in Harlem

Hello! I am needing to sublet my room ASAP in April (now) to September 30th, 2019. So, just under 6 months. Whoever takes the spot needs to be able to stay the full (almost) 6 months.

The apartment is a 3BR/1 BATH in East Harlem near the 125th EXPRESS Train Station (4/5/6).

The apartment:
-utilities are INCLUDED minus internet ($25 per month)
-newly renovated apartment with a balcony on the 29th Floor (so very LITTLE noise)
-newly renovated lobby & mail room
-security present at desk in lobby 24/7
-washers and dryers in lobby
- 4 minute walk to the Express 4/5/6 Subway station
-7 minute walk to the MetroNorth Railroad

Currently, my rent for my room is $1135 each month HOWEVER, I am reducing it to $900 to find someone to take over my spot immediately.

The 2 other Roommates:
1ST Roommate:
-Female, aged 28, straight
-is a Paralegal in the Legal Field
-VERY clean and tidy
-Funny, calm, and is considerate of others living space

2ND Roommate:
-Gay Male, aged 36
-Works as a Design Consultant in Interior Design industry
-Also very neat and tidy
-kind, friendly and personable

***CRUCIAL:
We are looking for a YOUNG PROFESSIONAL who is reliable, steady income, mid-late 20?s or 30?s, but most importantly compatible to the 2 other roommates (which should not be too much to ask for). Please also be clean, considerate, and very limited overnight guests (i. e no boyfriend/girlfriend staying over every week)

Be able to have first months (prorated) rent plus security deposit (equal to 1 months rent)
