The apartment is on the fifth floor and is accessible by elevator or stairs. Laundry facilities in the building. The available room can comfortably fit a queen-sized bed. It has a closet and large storage space.

This is a great location, right next to Riverside Park and within walking distance to Central Park. One block from the 1, 2 and 3 trains and walking distance to Trader Joes and Whole Foods. There are countless amenities nearby.

You would be sharing the apartment with three working professionals in their 20s (one female and two males). They are easy going, clean, and friendly.
