I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a 3-bedroom apartment located near McCarren Park and the Graham/Nassau Ave (L/G) subway. Steps from Greenpoint and Williamsburg, with a quick, 20-min trip to Union Square.

The second floor apartment is in a townhouse and has original oak hardwood floors, ceramic black/white tile bathroom, and kitchen (including stove, refrigerator, built-in microwave, and a dishwasher).

Your room will look out to a backyard, including a Japanese maple! The room is spacious with two windows, enough space for a queen sized bed + room to spare for a desk/dresser/shelves.

About your roommates:
Both male, late 20s. One is an illustrator for a media company, the other works in 3-D printing. They enjoy taking advantage of all the city has to offer, whether arts, music, live events, rooftops, or oysters. They're great roommates -- fun, clean, amiable, and respectful.
Available for April 21st (somewhat flexible) move-in till end of August. Rent is $1225/month. PM if interested!
