We have a room for rent in our townhouse located on the border of Sunnyvale and Mtn. View. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house is in a quiet convenient location, and is fairly new (was built only 12 years ago). It is located 5 minutes from downtown Sunnyvale and 6 minutes from downtown Mountain View. This house includes:

-spacious kitchen and large living room area

-garage parking spot (2-car garage) 50% shared

-in-house washer and dryer

-extra storage space around the garage level

-small backyard/ patio area (suitable for gardening or BBQs if one is interested)

-convenient location along the border of Mountain View and Sunnyvale (close to Hwy. 85, 101, Central Expy., it is almost directly across from the intersection of Bernardo Ave. and Iowa Ave.)

-professional house cleaning services every 3-4 weeks are included for shared areas of the house.

-twin sized bed and bedside table are available for use if desired

The rental term is a 6 month lease that then converts to a month-to-month lease. The rent is $1,180/month plus 1/3 utilities and a $900 deposit. You would be living with 2 other women (in their 30's) that work full-time and are very respectful, easy-going, positive, clean, peaceful, and friendly. (No drama)
