Sunny & Classic 2 bedroom- looking for roommate!

I'm looking for a young professional (25ish-35ish y/o) responsible, respectful and tidy FEMALE roommate to move into my second bedroom.
The room measures 13'x15' and has a good size closet (there is another large closet off the dining room for storing extra shoes, coats, suitcases, etc). The second floor apartment (one of four in complex) also has a living room, formal dining room, office and best of all- IN UNIT LAUNDRY!

Rent is $1350/ month and is due on the 1st of every month. ( I know this should be a no brainer, but just covering my bases). Security deposit will be $1350 - due to secure the apartment.
Bills incl. high speed internet, SoCal Gas and LADWP average around $100/ month per person.

About me:
Early 30's working professional (I manage a retail store at The Grove) who enjoys good food, good wine and live music shows. I'm pretty active and enjoy one or two quiet nights at home during the week but otherwise am hanging out with friends, working out, etc. Originally from the Midwest, I spent 7 years in New York and have been in LA for 8 years. I've lived in this apartment for 4 years and I absolutely love it! Exiting roommate was here over 2 years, but she moved back to France (which is a bummer cause she was great!) The neighborhood is great and the location is super convenient to going both DTLA or the westside.

I'm open to shorter or longer term roommates- just looking for the right fit! That being said, move in is flexible.
