2 Bedrooms For The Price of 1!

I am looking to sublet out my two bedrooms in my West LA/ Brentwood condo since I am moving down to Orange County. This is probably the nicest condo and least expensive in this area! You have one bedroom for yourself and then an office or studio or guest room! This deal does not come around often!

My roommate has the master suite and I have the TWO smaller bedrooms with a FULL bath (not attached). Both rooms are spacious and one has a balcony while the other has a walk-in closet. Condo is on second level with in unit laundry, garage parking and a huge living room and dining room with balcony. Entire condo is empty except for the roommate's room. Looking for someone ASAP, no later than April 1st!

Current roommate is early 30s, quiet and works a lot. You will be taking over the remainder of my lease which is through July 31st, after it goes month to month. Deposit is $2,636.25 (half of the $5,272.50 already paid) plus first months rent (your half) ($1,757.50) for a total of $4,393.75 and is non negotiable as it is set by the landlord. Pets are okay with visit and approval by the landlord and roommate with $500 deposit. Landlord will run a credit check for $25 fee.
