This unit is on the Top Floor which allows for a ton of natural light. Apartment has high ceilings, huge kitchen with dishwasher and disposal. Toilet room and Shower room are in separate rooms from one another. No pets allowed in the building.

Your bedroom is unfurnished (can provide some furnishings for the room), very big, has 3 large bay windows with great views of the city, enormous walk in closet with a storage area above, high ceilings and an abundance of natural light. The room and apartment are great. The building is an old Victorian with many period details. It is unique and has great S. F. character such as crown molding, a bench, hardwood floors, high ceilings (it is on the top floor) and more. It is decorated nicely and has a very home-like, cozy feel to it. I am looking for a CLEAN, QUIET, EASYGOING, not home too often (you don't work from home and are not a homebody), friendly, respectful housemate to share this Great Apartment with. Not renting to couples. Single occupancy only. This is a minimum of a 6 month lease but ideally would like to find someone I can live with longer term.
