Looking for 3rd roommate in North Beach apartment

Hi! We are two friends looking for a 3rd roommate to join a lease with us at a 3 bed/1 bath apartment in Telegraph Hill (Grant and Greenwich St). The place has great views of the city, Coit Tower, and even a little bit of the Golden Gate! The room is available now.

About Us:
We are two girls in our mid-20s that work in the city, one at an environmental foundation and one in consulting. We are pretty social and enjoy having friends over, but also enjoy nights staying in and baking cookies.

On weeknights we keep it pretty low-key, which usually consists of going to an exercise class, finding the best HH, or watching the bachelor together. On weekends we like to go on nature walks around the Presidio, host the occasional pregame or brunch, and window-shop on Valencia.

About you: Also a girl in their twenties with a full?time job (not work from home full time). Respectful and easy-going like us. Very clean and keeps communal spaces organized. Likes to go out but doesn?t bring the party home. No live-in boyfriends. No pets, sorry!
