Beautiful, old school loft apartment in Williamsburg has one bedroom available ASAP. Rent is $1700 a month, with an extra $50/month for utilities.

The apartment has a large living room, kitchen, laundry on the floor and lots of storage room. The building is clean and well maintained, and most of the tenants have been there for over 5 years. I looked on streeteasy for months and the units in this building are always rented within a week! It is a nice little community - most of the neighbors leave their door open and are super friendly and fun to hang out with.
The apt is less than 5 min walk to the Bedford L. It's also a couple blocks away from McCarren Park. Super safe and clean neighborhood, with endless restaurants, bars, delivery and grocery options.

About the room:
Option for room to be furnished but not necessary if you have your own furniture.

About me:
Friendly, respectful, chill, clean. I work a 9-5 in downtown manhattan.. I do like to go out but fairly low key during the week and respectful enough to leave the party outside on weekends.

This will be a sublet, and you would need to pay first month + security deposit = $3400. The sublet is for ~4 months (flexible) with option to extend.
