Hi I am down to earth guy seeking a roomate with an outgoing personality. I dont drink or smoke, My home is close to everything. Literally.. I have a washer and dryer on site. Pools. And patio, I dont use much if not any electricity since I work alot. The water is paid for. I dont have cable or wifi because its unnecessary for me to even have them due to I work alot. I am in the medical field so I am very busy with work. Reason for me looking for a woman is because I've had a Male roomate before and that was not a pleasant experience, i am not looking for a relationship and or anything sexual.
