One of our roommates has moved out to live in Brooklyn, so we?re looking for a third roomie. You?ll be living with 2 young professionals(a male and a female), in their mid-20?s, both working full time. Your rent will be $925/month, and utilities/WiFi run between $35-$45 per month, per person. Rent is paid by the first of every month.(We require a month deposit)

Great Location 10 minute walk to Central Park. 3 minute walk to 2/3 express trains and 7 minutes to A/B/C/D express trains.
