**In order to not waste anyone's time, I should start by saying that if your first message contains no information about yourself, you will be asked to fill out a quick roommate form. We're very serious about finding someone we can get along well with, and it helps us get to know you better/see if our lifestyles match up. It's very short, and will save us all some time.

About us:
Couple looking for additional roommates (or roommate) to replace our current one. LGBT welcome. Couples are welcome. We're both liberal just as a heads up, so if you have any irrational phobia's or isms then this is probably not the apartment for you. Both of us are in our 20's. Ambiverts. I'm an editor. She's a graphic designer. In terms of lifestyle we are both very chill. We can be social, but we generally keep to ourselves and would like to find someone who's respectful of that. Both pretty big geeks, so if you are too we'll probably get along fine. We don't smoke and really only drink occasionally/socially.

We go out from time to time. Maybe to a movie, to eat, or to go hiking/jogging if we're feeling active. We game together regularly and sometimes host game nights on the weekends. In terms of cleaning we're about average, but we make sure the common areas are 100%. I occasionally have a guest or two, but it's not very often. I'm at work most of the time aside from weekends. Wife works from home, so while guests are welcome they need to be respectful of the shared space (and be at their own home more often than ours).

We also own a small, well behaved maltese dog. We'll accept up to two more additional pets.

About you:
We'd prefer roommates in their 20s to early 30s. We're looking for someone that is not a big party person, values their alone time, contributes to shared household items, and will keep common areas tidy. +10 points if you are a gamer yourself, be it console, pc or tabletop. Smokers will have to smoke on their patio as I have an extremely sensitive nose. We don't smoke weed.

About the room:
The room comes unfurnished with your own walk in closet and patio (which has an additional storage closet.) The pictures of the room don't really do it justice in terms of size (it is about 11'11" x 11'6"). You will have your own private bathroom. The only things we share are the living room and the kitchen. We meal prep on the weekend, so you will mostly have the kitchen to yourself on weekdays. There is a built in desk space in the living room that you are free to use since we have our own. There is also access to the gym, pool, jacuzzi, dog park, and off street parking.

Rental Info:
Rent: $1,250 a month.
Deposit: $250
Internet (if you'd like): $25 per month
Electricity: $30-35 every other month (per person)
Gas: $10-15 per month (per person)
Water: $20 per month. (per person)
Pet Rent (per animal): $500 deposit + $50 per month (I believe cats are slightly less)
*if you are a couple you will be expected to go half on utilities instead of a third

The room will be available on April 15th, but if you are a little flexible on the date we can work it out. At the earliest, it will be available on April 1st. If we feel like we're a good fit, we'll try to set up a meetup in person (for coffee?) or through video chat before inviting you to our place for safety reasons.
