About a mile to the Marina Del Rey Marketplace and two miles to Venice Beach. Parking is tandem, but it is in the back lot with plenty of room to leave without waiting for me to move my car. You will for sure have a parking spot and you are not blocked in.

This is a 3+2 Townhouse. Female Only.
You will be living the upstairs with a couple (guy and a girl) in their late twenties. You will have your bedroom, but the bathroom is shared. You will have access to the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms.

Someone in their late twenties or thirties would probably be the best fit. We joke around a lot, so no uptight people please.
Female Only who works full time. I have owned this place for over two years. Kitchen is everyone's full access I could care less have fun cook, just clean up your mess.

So I am seeking a non smoker, no drugs or marijuana. However we have our occasional glass of wine. No overnight guests, I live downstairs. I am a male in my forties.
