Do you love Chinese food?!

Ad ref# 100985455

Hi, I'm Chrissy! Bear with me because I can write quite a lot and I just really want you to know as much as possible about my place and me. I'm 39, Korean-American, dog walker/sitter/trainer, and I do admin work on the side.

If you have a bf or gf, it's fine by me. No need to run it by me if they can stay over. I said no couples in my ad because I'm fine if they visit, but I'd prefer your significant to not live here 24/7.

I live on 8th Ave and if you don't know, it's basically Brooklyn's Chinatown. All the authentic Chinese food you can find! Head on down to 5th Ave if you'd like food like McDonald's, KFC, and authentic tacos.

The N, D, and R trains are within reasonable walking distance. I usually take the B11 bus to the 50th Street D train station. The N train 8th Ave station is a quick bus ride on the B70. Walking will take you about 10 minutes, which isn't bad at all. The B63 is on 5th Ave. There are other buses, but I'm not sure which ones they are since I don't take them. Overall, there are plenty of options for travel and it's very convenient.

I'm really down-to-earth, laid back, don't really have company over often, and smoke-free. I am herb friendly (the other word was censored lol), but I don't usually smoke at home. If you're into that, it's cool. Just make sure a window's open haha. I sometimes make Korean food and it can smell strong if you're not used to the cuisine. But honestly, I order out a lot, so you won't have to worry about that.

Utilities are electricity, gas, and internet. I don't have a TV, so I don't pay for cable. If you'd like to add on to the internet service (Optimum Online), then you're welcome to pay for it. I won't be using it because I use Hulu and Netflix. The entire amount that you'd be paying monthly would be less than $1000.

If you have a small dog and they're housebroken, then I can put that into consideration. My landlady allows dogs that are less than 30 lbs. I used to have a dog, but he passed away this past May, so I'm still heartbroken about it. I'm not sure if I'm ready to live with another dog, but maybe I'll fall in love with your dog! haha I'm allergic to cats, though, so I can't live with one.

So, in summary, just be on-time with the rent, nice, responsible, clean, cool, and we'll get along well! If you have any links to your ig or fb pages, please let me know in your message! It would help a lot. I can share mine with you as well. Oh, and I get a lot of beauty products for free, so if you're into makeup and whatnot, I can totally bribe you to be my roommate haha. Good luck to you in your search!
