Room For Rent!

The room has a fan and a double door standing mirror closet and a window. There is a washer and dryer in the unit along with parking in the rear with a back door entrance. It is a shared bathroom but I keep that space extra clean as well as the living and kitchen area. There is TV and Internet, the apartment is furnished and the kitchen is already set up as well. The apartment is close to the 10 freeway and along with markets with in walking distance you have a shopping center with a grocery store down the street as well as various restaurants. The neighborhood is full of nice people who are very friendly and there is a police station down the street as well. The location puts you right in the middle of LA so you can get to most places very quickly. The room needs to be filled by the 4th of February so time is of the essence.
